REFUND POLICY:

All sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed, or modified once they have been placed. For sanitation purposes we do not offer returns/exchanges. Cheyennesnails.com reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR NAME, EMAIL AND ADDRESS PROVIDED ARE CORRECT.

To request replacement for damaged products or any other concerns please contact us at: Cheyennesnailsllc@gmail.com within 72hrs of receiving your order. Please include your first and last name along with your order number.

Please allow 24-48hrs for a response. 

EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS:

Order confirmation emails could be delayed as a result of high order volume. Please contact us if you have not received your confirmation email after 24 hours of your purchase. 

SHIPPING POLICY:

We try our best to have your orders out as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing which does not include transit times. Processing time may be extended during holidays or immediately following launches or restocks. 

Upon shipping, you will receive an email with your tracking information and estimated delivery date. Estimated delivery is typically 3-7 business days from the ship date. Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. We do NOT refund if the address provided is incorrect and delivered to the wrong location.

If you can not locate your package that says "DELIVERED" please contact your local post office supervisor. Refunds will not be given on orders that say they have been delivered. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped it is out of our control.
